with the flavor of Andros…
Our beginning…
Many years ago, during
an afternoon spent with my cousin
Yannis Glynos, Mayor of Andros,
discussing and thinking
what could bring growth to
our beloved Island of Andros !
And the idea of a beer
was born !
We wondered
how we could
make it reality.
Years passed,
But I always wanted to
to complete
this dream.
BEER
PREMIUM GOLDEN BELGIAN ALE
Profile :
Copper color, rich and dense foam,
aromas and flavors of bread and cookies,
as well as a spicy aftertaste,
are its main characteristics
with 5.5% alcohol.
A typical and easy drinking Belgian ale
which will perfectly accompany a meal,
but won’t deny being
consumed alone, as a drink.
Food pairing :
Creamy cheeses with medium intensity,
as well goat milk and some hard cheeses.
Grilled fish, slightly acidic salads,
dishes with chicken,
pork with light sauces (not red)
as well as pasta.
ABV 5,5%

PREMIUM BLONDE LAGER
Profile :
Blonde and crystal clear with white foam.
Sweet aromas of malt and bread
combined with a malty sweet taste,
with a honey likeness as well
and a dry aftertaste,
compose an easy-drinking,
refreshing and thirst-quenching lager.
Food pairing :
Salty foods such as pizzas,
comfort foods such as burgers and salmon,
white meats such as chicken,
seafood such as squid, crab and oysters
as well as spicy cuisines such as
Mexican and Southeast Asian.
Also pairs well with sweets that include
lemon such as lemon pie and lemon mousse.

… and so the dream was realized!!!
Meeting the personnel of the
award-winning Pineios Brewery,
we visited a model brewery,
a state-of-the-art facility,
with state-of-the-art machinery
and discussing our idea
we realized that we have a
common vision for the future !
First,
we had to create
a new recipe
for a delicious and unique beer…
Our recipe consists of
the best raw materials
(barley malt, wheat malt,
hops, yeast)
and our secret
is the natural spring water
from Andros !
Our beer being brewed
with natural spring water enhances the flavors
and the characteristics of ANDRUS beer!
We hope by tasting our beer,

the flavor of Andros !!!
